My pal was set up last night and wondered what is necessary, even the building blocks necessary aisle runners, arches, etc. Any tips?

It depends on the room. If the room has a great architectural details, not only flowers and centerpieces. If the room is a little ... boring ... Rent with us decorate the fabric on the walls. Anyone who on the walls or cover it completely. You should look WETV Platinum Jubilee - the processing rooms are amazing! You can not have several hundred thousand dollars to spend for their wedding, but you have some good decorating ideas you can make cheaply. In my opinion lighting is the best way to change the look of the room. Instead of keeping all the brilliant (and often unflattering), you can invest in light bulbs, candles, create, etc., a romantic. Seriously, check out Platinum Weddings, to see what I mean.
We have separated our wedding, so there is nothing arch or in our reception facilities. We decorate with tons of fresh flowers. The area is ideal to start, if we do not care for flowers! We Nice clothes and fall, of course, but they are not really excellent.
Some people use to decorate the tulle and ribbons, if space permits. Also topiaries.

Hmmm. I'm trying to think again, 13 years ago! But it seems that you have covered everything! Small details are all added for you. We hedges, trees and our centerpieces, two by the door, the cake, which was behind the ivy for him, a young bride and groom world a favor table and Venice.
